FAQ

Tap a question to open it
How do I type numbers and symbols?

With "layers": hold one key and press another to get numbers and symbols. Together with letters, 30 keys cover everything. Once you get used to it, your hands barely move.

Is changing the settings hard?

A companion app is included (Japanese UI). There is a desktop app (Windows) and a browser app (Mac and others). Plug in the USB cable and it connects by itself. To remap a key, click the key on screen and press the key on the keyboard. Everything is saved automatically, and "Undo" lets you go back anytime.

Does it work with Mac or iPad?

Yes (it works as a normal Bluetooth keyboard). Remapping also works from a Mac with the browser app (Chrome / Edge). Settings are stored on the keyboard itself, so they follow it to any device.

Can I swap the switches?

Yes, it is hot-swap. But only low-profile switches of the Kailh Choc V2 type fit. Full-size switches such as Cherry MX hit the case.

What is the haptic feedback?

An extra: the left half answers your hand with a short buzz. For example, when you switch the Bluetooth target, you know it went through without looking at the screen. It can be turned on or off in the app.

Where do I ask when something goes wrong?

The app has a "Trouble?" section with fixes for common problems. If that does not solve it, any of these works (a human answers ばつべー).
